- Berry mojito-zero and refreshers
- Berry frappés and milkshakes
- A swirl through lemonade and iced tea
- Yogurt–berry smoothies
House-made: blend mixed berries (fresh or frozen), sieve thoroughly — berry seeds ruin the texture — then stir in ~10% sugar by weight for stability and flavour. Sanitized, dated container: 3–5 days refrigerated, or freeze in portions.
Commercial purées are often sweetened — read the label and count it as added sugar (WHO: under 10% of daily energy, ideally under 5%). The house version puts the sugar under your control.
