Fresh orange juice
Energy: ~45 kcal / 100 ml (planning figure — the product label is the final reference)
Shelf life: Squeezed to order — at its best within minutes. Vitamin C and aroma oxidize fast; never batch it hours ahead.
Storage: Whole oranges: cool, ventilated, out of direct sun. The juice belongs in the glass, not the fridge.
- The fresh-juice menu, straight or over ice
- Citrus body for mojito-zero and sparkling refreshers — soda goes in last, one gentle lift
- Orange–carrot and mixed fresh-juice blends
Wash and sanitize the fruit, halve, and squeeze on a clean press at order time. Strain to the house pulp level and serve immediately — no pre-squeezed batches.
Vitamin C oxidizes quickly after squeezing — squeeze to order. The natural acidity can wear tooth enamel; a straw and a sip of water after help. Juicing also loses the whole fruit's fibre.
