Arabic coffee, light roast
Energy: Negligible as brewed, unsweetened (planning figure — the product label is the final reference)
Shelf life: Whole beans keep months sealed; once ground, its aroma — and the cardamom's — fades within weeks.
Storage: Airtight, cool, dark; if pre-mixed with ground cardamom, buy small and rotate fast.
- Traditional qahwa service in small cups, dates on the side
- Cardamom is the classic pairing — brewed in, not sprinkled on
- A few saffron threads for the premium serve
Very light roast, ground fine; simmer with water, add freshly cracked cardamom near the end, rest and pour it pale and aromatic — unsweetened, with dates for the sweetness. Saffron: a few threads only; excess turns it medicinal.
Light in body but still caffeinated; the cups are small yet refills are constant in traditional service — it all counts toward the daily caffeine total.
